Letterbox post in the Netherlands is delivered between 2 and 5 business days and in Belgium and Germany this takes an average of 5 business days. PostNL delivers letterbox post from Tuesday to Saturday.

Orders

Within the Netherlands, we always ship private orders for free. For Belgium and Germany, we offer free shipping on orders over €50.

Returns

You can return the order within 14 days. Please ensure that the items are unworn and undamaged. We also request that the items be returned in their original packaging.

Keep the return receipt safe until the return shipment has been processed. Note: items from the mega sale cannot be returned.
