General
When you place an order through the web shop www.bazou.nl you indicate that you agree with all the conditions mentioned. Bazou has the right to change its terms and conditions after the term has expired.
When purchasing a product, the customer agrees to the information and conditions of Bazou as described below and in the rest of the website:
Customer is understood to mean any visitor to the website or any natural or legal person who has or will enter into a contractual relationship of whatever nature with Bazou.
Offers
All offers and sale Bazou items are without obligation and as long as stocks last. Bazou reserves the express right to change prices. And offers cannot be exchanged / returned.
Promotions and gift certificates
Gift vouchers cannot be returned in case of a promotion that is accompanied by a discount code. A gift voucher can be returned during the sale.
Agreement / Booking
The agreement is concluded when the client consents verbally or in writing to an offer from Bazou. The client will receive an e-mail from Bazou containing the confirmation of the order.
Counting and language errors
No rights can be granted to counting and language errors.
Preparation costs
If Bazou has already started with a design for an exclusive piece of jewelry without having concluded a written agreement for execution, the applicant will owe all costs for preparation. This includes the hourly wage of the designer.
Prices & Payment
All prices stated by Bazou are expressed in Euros, including VAT and any shipping costs, unless stated otherwise or agreed in writing. Before the agreement is concluded, the total price will be visible.
Payments must be made via iDEAL, PayPal or by prepayment via IBAN NL25ABNA0492757879 in the name of Bazou, in Rotterdam.
Cancellation by Bazou
Bazou has the right at all times to refuse and / or terminate an agreement, whether or not already concluded, if the assignment is in conflict with any statutory or other provision issued by the government.
Bazou also has the right to terminate an agreement if, in its opinion, the content can damage the interests and / or good name of its company.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch the product between 1 and 3 working days. If the jewelry is not in stock or there is a delay for another reason, or an order cannot or only partially be executed, you will receive a message as soon as possible and in that case you have the right to cancel the order without costs.
Force of the majority
In case of force majeure, Bazou is not obliged to fulfill its obligations towards the customer, or the obligation is suspended for the duration of the force majeure.
Force majeure is understood to mean any circumstance beyond its control, which prevents the fulfillment of its obligations towards the Client in whole or in part. These circumstances include strikes, fires, business disruptions, power failures, non-delivery or late delivery by suppliers or other third parties and the lack of any government permits. Force majeure also includes failures in a (telecommunications) network or connection or communication systems used and / or the unavailability of the internet site at any time.
Possible damage
– Bazou is not liable for any physical injury caused or co-caused by its products.
– Bazou’s jewelry and accessories are not suitable for children under 3 years old.
– Bazou is not liable for damage caused other than during normal use.
– Bazou’s jewelry cannot withstand water. Bazou is therefore not liable for water damage.
Liability
– Bazou is never obliged to pay any compensation to the Customer or others, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Bazou. Bazou is never liable for consequential or business damage, indirect damage and loss of profit or turnover.
– If Bazou, for whatever reason, is obliged to compensate any damage, the compensation will never exceed an amount equal to the invoice value with regard to the product or service that caused the damage.
-Bazou is not liable for loss or theft during transport. If you wish to have the product shipped by registered mail, this is possible at the applicable TPG rates.
-Bazou is not liable if the customer enters a wrong address when placing an order through the webshop.
Intellectual property
The Customer explicitly acknowledges that all intellectual property rights of displayed information, images, communications or other expressions with regard to the products and / or with regard to the web shop rest with Bazou or other entitled parties.
It is prohibited to reproduce Bazou’s products without the express prior written consent of Bazou or other entitled parties.
