If you are not satisfied with a particular product, you can return it in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please return with an enclosed letter stating:
- why it does not meet your requirements;
- -name and address;
- -order number;
- -account number.
Note: ear studs sometimes break during shipping. These must be packed well, because unfortunately we cannot reimburse broken ear studs.
The return costs are borne by the sender.
If there is something wrong with the product, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and then we will fix this.
Liability during shipment
Bazou is not liable if a product does not arrive properly because the buyer has entered the wrong address.
