For your return, we would like to receive the following information so that we can locate your order:

  • Order number
  • Address details
  • Reason for return

We expect that the products are returned with care and well-packaged, so that the jewelry remains intact. Please pay extra attention: earrings can break in a standard envelope, and necklaces should be returned on a card, as received.

You can return your order in 2 ways:

  • Return via letterbox mail:

    You can return your order to us via regular letterbox mail (please note: this package is not traceable).

     

  • Return via PostNL with track and trace:

    Additionally, you can also choose to send the package with a tracking number. You can create a shipping label at PostNL at your own expense via the following link: make a shipment label

    Here you can choose from 2 options:

    - Does the package fit through a mailbox? If so, choose a mailbox package starting from €4.25.

    - If the package is larger than a letterbox package, you can choose an average-sized package (starting from €6.95).
     

* We categorize all our products on the website as regular products, except for:

  • Mega Sale Jewelry
  • Flash Sale Jewelry
  • Personalized Jewelry

Jewelry from the above categories may therefore not be returned.

All returned packages are at your own risk. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
